About the job
Salary: £11-£14 per hour (Skills Matrix in place, £11-£12.50 starting rate). Paid Weekly
Hours: 43 hours a week with OT available at a flat rate 8.00am – 17:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 15.30pm on a Friday
Benefits: £1000 tool allowance bonus after 2 years service.
The role will be varied and will depend on the applicant’s expertise. The company, design, build and repair high-quality boats, motor launches, yachts and superyacht tenders.
The projects at present and for the foreseeable future are superyacht tenders, both manufacture and refit.

What we are looking for
We are looking for Engineers with basic relevant Mechanical qualifications and experience, experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineers and anyone in between.
Full product training will be provided.
As well as full product training, the company will a clear career path and additional industry-recognised qualifications (Such as NVQ / JIB) where required.
It is essential for this role that you hold a Full UK Driving Licence as you will be required to travel around in a company vehicle that will be provided. You must be willing to undertake full security clearance as this is a mandatory requirement.
This presents itself as an ideal opportunity to join an established company and, although not essential, could be well suited for a person who has previously served in the Armed Forces I.e. Royal Navy, Army or Royal Air Force/RAF.
What the Job Entails
Successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, service, repair and maintenance of the company’s mechanical security equipment for its selected prestigious clients including MOD, Rolls Royce, BAE Systems and Government sites.
Equipment includes but may not be limited to automatic gates, security fencing, rising kerbs & arms, road blockers (road wedges), hydraulic bollards & barriers – Full product training will be provided.
The role will cover mainly London and the South of the UK and will preferably be located within a 35 mile radius of our client’s Sheerwater office or within London & the Home Counties.
There is great earning potential for these positions with a competitive basic salary, ample overtime paid at double time and triple time, call-out bonus and a company vehicle, fuel card and mobile phone.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Hours – Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm.
Hourly Overtime Payable, staying away from home is additional hourly increment with hotel and meals allowance paid whilst away
23 days annual leave rising with service, plus 8 statutory days.
