DESIGN ENGINEER – WOKING

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone:

• With 5+ years experience in a Design Engineer position
• Who is competent with Autodesk Inventor and/or Solidworks
• Who has experience with Sheet Metal and Welded products

About the role
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 
Mon–Thurs 08:00 – 17:00
Friday 08:00-16:00
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

The role will involve working as a Design Engineer for a manufacturing company that operates within the Civil and Military industries. The specifics of the role will vary depending on how experienced the successful candidate is, however, they will include:

• CAD detailing & Modelling including the production of concept drawings
• Technical support for companies product list in respect to drawings and part list
• Meetings with both clients and colleagues
• Monitoring project progression and keeping stakeholders updated
• Operating within the companies ISO quality system
