PAINT SPRAYING TEAM LEADER – FALMOUTH, CORNWALL

Who we are looking for
We are looking for Paint Sprayers and a Team Leader to be responsible for running the painting process.

About the job
Salary: £14
Additional info: £1000 tool allowance bonus after 2 years service. 

Hours: 43 hours a week with OT available at a flat rate
8.00am – 17:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 15.30pm on a Friday

The company, design, build and repair high-quality boats, motor launches, yachts and superyachts tenders.
Currently, they are working on multiple 11m+ Carbon & Kevlar, Epoxy Resin Infusion Superyacht Tenders.

The role will involve 

• Prepping and spraying furniture for the boats.
• Take responsibility for the painting process.
• Working with the Joinery department manager and Build manager to ensure the parts are taken through the paint department on time and to the correct quality.
• Plan the work through the paint shop.
• Have awareness of boat build completion dates and liaise with the Build Manager to ensure the completed boats are antifouled and the boot top, water lines and cove lines are completed.
